blood, blood everywhere, and not a drop to drink

8cm now. Her heartbeat is dropping, so they’re trying to fix it. It’s cold and I have the shakes… and a catheter. Plus, blood is coming out.

Been reading you for a while, and just checked in to see how things were going. I’m sending you good thoughts and prayers that things move along quickly and painlessly!!

Thank you, for keeping us all updated!! This is so exciting!

And…I had the same feelings as you before the birth of my first (yeah, I did it more than once!) kid. The fears were overwhelming at times, but it all changed after they put him in my arms for the first time. That sounds so sappy, but it’s true.

Was her cord around her neck or was she under stress?

She’s probably thinking “What the fuck guys, it’s warm in here! Stop bloody pestering me”

All the choir of heaven and furniture of earth - in a word, all those bodies which compose the mighty frame of the world - have not any subsistence without a mind. by

I cannot conceive of a God who rewards and punishes his creatures, or has a will of the kind that we experience in ourselves. Neither can I nor would I want to conceive of an individual that survives
