Like Mother Like Daughter

Dear baby,

I’m glad you are learning new things such as how to pretend you are choking when we’re eating so we’ll look at you. That’ll come in handy on dates when your boyfriend is busy talking on his cell phone.

However, I have a feeling your newest trick might also come in handy on dates and that Freaks Me Out. Today, I looked in your room while you were taking a nap. You were on your belly in the fetal position, little butt in the air. I can’t see your diaper. I tiptoe in and what do you know? Sometime during your nap, you woke up, took off your diaper and threw it out of the crib.

Now you are naked. Sleeping naked. You better not decide to pee or crap like you usually do when you nap because that is one cleanup I don’t want to do.

Keep your pants on, darling. You’ll go far in life that way.

That is funny. I think all kids do that at some point, both my kids took off their diapers too.

Hilarious. I have no idea why Jagger has never taken his diaper off. Knock on wood.

I think that’s cute…of course, I’m not the one that’d have to clean up the mess.
So far my kid hasn’t done that, but she’s obsessed with boobs. Always wanting to see mine, or show me hers…even asks me to take pictures of her chest.

My daughter is obsessed now with taking off her pants during her nap time. Sometimes she will get all her clothes off.
There has been one occasion when he pooped whilst naked & I came into her room whiel she was playing with her poop. naked. in her crib.

That is why Gabby now has to wear bloomers at all times. I’m sure it’s only a matter of time til she figures out how to take THOSE off too.

    And so it begins…

Stinker had poop issues…damn child liked to play in it. Started when she was around 15 mos till about 2.5. Finally we’ve got her to the point where she doesn’t think it’s a toy. It sucked hardcore. Duct Tape on the diaper is a good trick.

She’s a genius! If memory serves, my kids didn’t take off their diapers ’til at least 12 months or later. ha ha ha

I know its already been said about the playing with the poop thing….but that happened to be when I was about 14yrs old and babysitting….crap all over him and the crib….in the end the parents resorted to duct tape too.

Now is when you start putting the diapers on backwards. It works.

    A chastity belt could help.

Soon it will be putting bloomers on. then it will have to be some type of overalls. At least that’s how it was with our little girl. I know I’m going to curse myself saying this. But, I think she’s grown out of it.

Please let her already have grown out of it! Good luck with the lack of fingerpainting. I didn’t have such luck. *sigh*

My sister did the same thing. And up until kindergarten she was notorious for taking off all of her clothes (except for panties) as soon as she got home from school. Then someone bought her pink fringed cowboy boots and she decided to trade the panties for them. I can’t wait until she starts dating and my mom shares those pictures!
